Welcome to the Wimmera Mallee Sustainability Alliance Six local governments have joined forces as the Wimmera Mallee Sustainability Alliance (WMSA) to improve sustainability in the region. These local governments are the Shires of Buloke, Hindmarsh, Northern Grampians and Yarriambiack and the Rural Cities of Ararat and Horsham. The Alliance also includes a number of local and state government authorities and educational institutions.
